Human Graph

As part of Maths/Science Week 2015 the whole school took part in a human graph. The graph represented the birthdays of the children. We found that three months, June, July and September all had the same result, 23 children for each month.  May had the least number of birthdays.  All 206 children took part in the graph.

 Maths Week  13th – 17th October 2013

This week we are celebrating Maths Week

Each year a week is designated as Maths Week. Maths is taught in a fun way for the whole week. Baltydaniel N.S. recognises the importance of mathematics to pupils during their shchool life, and indeed in life and work afterwards. To that end, Maths Week has the aim of teaching maths in a fun way, with children participating in various activities such as maths trails, quizzes, competitions, maths websites and more throughout the week.
